What is the typical attorney fees for helping buy a small biz?

I am purchasing a salon and online prescription drugs I need to hire an attorney. The attorney said he wants $3500 to do the business formation, register the LLC, sales contract, and establish the tax laibilities, etc. He basically said that fee will include everything. He said he would charge about $2000 for services except forming the LLC and registration etc. Please give me some figures based on experience.
