@1980PintoMan As stated in the past videos, she was building a case to get him disbarred because of his actions in court. She wasn’t finding a way out for him. She was talking him into oblivion.

The client is risking a life sentence for kidnapping (as one commenter informed us of)?!! Kidnapping is a bad crime but can’t see how that warrants life in prison. Anyone knows what crime he committed?

As a lawyer, he should have known the law and he should have asked for a lawyer. The fact that the judge said she has never had a lawyer, being that she probably is a lawyer herself, shows that even women lie even when lawyers. If this case was a mistrial because the lawyer was drunk, well, isn’t that a good defense? Might the suspect now have an argument that as it stand now he can’t a fair trial? Brilliant!
I have never seen a more patient judge.
Every person on trial deserves to have a judge like this. No one should be facing a felony charge, guilty or not, with a drunk lawyer.
This guy should be disbarred. If he weren’t a lawyer he would have been arrested after 60 seconds. Perfect example of how lawyers protect each other. The Judge was trying every way she could to find a way out for this guy. Even the cops thought he was going to be arrested, moved forward, then she keep talking. Disbar the SOB.

Most amazing thing is that the Nevada bar *still* let the guy keep practicing. Unbelievable. The amount of corruption required to disbar a Las Vegas lawyer probably outweighs the total corruption in most third world countries.
