The defense did NOT get overzealous. The defense is not required to prove ANYTHING. It is the state who is required to present evidence. Innocent until PROVEN guilty. It is George’s guilt who was proven by both the state AND the defense…not Casey’s guilt. Too bad for the state. The truth has been revealed. Cuff George.
